EAST HANOVER SOCCER CLUB Minutes of the February 13 2008 Meeting. Meeting called to order at 8:03pm Jen Rossi and Lou DiRiggi not in attendance. Treasurer Report - No report given Recreation Teams & Fileds Small sided fields to be used for Division 1, 3B & 3G. Division 1, 3B and 3G will aim for 8 players on a team and play 6v6 Divisions 5B, 5G, 8B & 8G will play on the main field and Middle school field Division 5G will cap teams at 13 children Registration Online registration will open on March 15th and be available until June 8th. Referees Pay structure in discussion. Will be tabled for a future meeting. Possible projected fees: Flag - $5 Junior referee - $20 per game Senior referee – with grade 9 license, $30 Senior referee – with grade 8 license $35 Approval for coaches to play on Sundays CTO Report Updates and changes put into effect. Some updates include: Board members page with email contacts, Sponsors will be able to submit logos to put on the site, created fall 2008 season and 2008 Fiscal year. New Business Get information about cost of singular sponsor signs to be put up around the field. Old Business • George Olsen presented Manual for Travel Soccer. Would like to hold off comments until Lou DeRiggi is present. • Lisa Stefanelli gives Geri Singer contact information for All Sports Photo. • Concession Stand – Operating on Saturdays only. • There will be a Pre – K soccer class offered.
