- Attend the Annual General Meeting(AGM) held the first Tuesday in December. Annual elections are held at the AGM.
- Attend an Interim General Meeting(IGM) held the first Tuesday of every month. IGMs are held once a month.
- Meetings are held at the Rinaldi Recreation Center at 8:00 pm. Please check the calendar for dates as we occasionally move a meeting date to accomodate board members schedules.
- All general meetings are open to the public.
