Online Registration Ends May 31^st for Fall 2009 Recreation Soccer

You can register on the East Hanover Soccer Club website through May 31st online. When registering please consider volunteering as a coach, division head, or to help out at the snack bar.

The East Hanover Travel League is conducting open try outs.

·         The commitment is for Fall 2009 and Spring of 2010.

·         The season consists of 10 Sunday afternoon games each season, 5 home and 5 away.

·         Tryouts for new U8 and U9 boys and girls teams.

·         Tryouts existing teams U10 – U12

·         Try outs will run 1 hour increments.

Try Out Dates:                             

·         Friday May 29th                          

·         Wednesday June 10th

·         Rain Date: Friday June 12^th

Try Out Time:

·         4-8pm.

·         Players will be notified which hour they will begin.

·         Try outs for each division will run approx. 1 hour.

Registration Fee: $100.

The East Hanover Soccer Club depends on many parent & guardian volunteers for a successful program every year. Each year we manage to get enough coaches for every team. It is a rewarding and gratifying experience to coach a group of children. However, most years it is a struggle to fill the head coach for at least a few teams in every division, especially the younger divisions. EHSC is introducing a new program for first time coaches in 2009. If you sign up to be a head coach, are selected, and remain coaching through the Fall 2009 season, you will get a 50% refund on one child’s registration.

·         You have to sign up as a head coach for one of you children when you register them for Fall 2009 and not back out.

·         Obtain your Rutgers Safety and Background Check in 2009.

·         Never coached soccer before.

·         At the end of the season, submit a refund form that will be available online and you will be refunded 50% of one child’s registration.

·         Refund Requests must be received by Nov 30th, 2009.

Fall 2009 will bring many great soccer memories. If you capture them on a digital camcorder and post on the YouTube website, we will be able to easily add the video onto the EHSC website for you to share with family & friends.
